1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Client Space ("Service"), operated by Concepcion Design, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Client Space is a multi-tenant, cloud-based file sharing platform that allows businesses ("Tenants") to create branded portals for securely sharing files with their clients ("End Users"). The Service includes a web-based admin dashboard, client portal, file storage, and email notifications.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide a valid email address and business information.
• You are responsible for the activity of all staff and client users under your tenant account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share any illegal or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenant accounts or data.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Plans, Billing & Payments

The Service is offered under subscription plans with defined limits on clients, storage, and features. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing at the rate of your selected plan.

• Plan limits (client count, storage quota, file size) are enforced automatically.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the billing dashboard.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Contact [email protected] with any billing concerns.

6. Affiliate Program

The Client Space offers an optional affiliate program that allows eligible Tenants to earn commissions by referring new customers to the Service.

• Participation in the affiliate program is voluntary and subject to approval.
• Commission rates, duration, and payout terms are set by us and may be adjusted at any time with 30 days' notice.
• Commissions are earned when a referred customer subscribes to a paid plan and makes a successful payment.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or referrals generated through misleading advertising are prohibited and may result in affiliate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or reverse any commission at our discretion.
• Payouts are processed manually and subject to a minimum threshold. Pending commissions are forfeited if your account is terminated for a Terms violation.
• We may suspend or terminate your affiliate participation at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures including encryption, row-level security, and tenant data isolation.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Concepcion Design, LLC.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a reasonable period before permanent deletion. To request immediate deletion, contact [email protected].

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
